The Central Library in BTU operates in a three-story standalone building with a total enclosed area of 2,307 m², located in Block C of the Mimar Sinan Campus.

The library offers seatings for 387 people, 24 individual study rooms, 9 group study rooms, 4 academic study rooms, and a 24-person meeting room. It serves users with 25,384 printed books, 8,204 e-books, and 44,523 e-journals across 24 electronic databases. The library also provides wireless internet access.

Generally, the library is open from 08:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and 10:00 to 18:00 on weekends.

However, during summer period it operates between 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays.
