University life brings new opportunities, but it can also come with challenges. You may benefit from psychological counseling if:

- You are having difficulty adjusting to a new environment, city, or university life.

- You often feel stressed, anxious, frustrated, or overwhelmed.

- You frequently experience sadness, loneliness, helplessness, or a lack of motivation.

- You are facing difficulties in your relationships with friends, family members, or others.

- You feel stuck and unsure about how to move forward in your personal or academic life.

- You have concerns about your future, career plans, or professional goals.

- You would like to better understand yourself, your strengths, and your personal values.

- You are struggling with study habits, time management, or academic performance.

- You need a safe and confidential space to talk about thoughts and feelings that are difficult to share with others.

- Personal characteristics such as shyness, perfectionism, or low self-confidence are affecting your daily life and well-being.
